Investment in Starya Mobility Private Limited
EXEDY Corporation’s (headquarters: Neyagawa, Osaka Prefecture) overseas subsidiary EXEDY Clutch India Private Limited (location: Bengaluru, India) has made an investment in Starya Mobility Private Limited (hereinafter “Starya”) in order to establish a partnership for the development of an innovative electrification platform.
Starya is a company that plans, develops, and sells motors and controllers for two- and three-wheeled EVs.
